Dear Heavenly Father,
You are a wonderful and all-powerful God, and everything You do is perfect and magnificent. You are holy and omnipotent. There is none like You, and You deserve all glory and honor. Thank You for the privilege of being Your child and for being able to come before You in prayer. Looking back at how You have blessed me so immensely fills my heart with joy. You have done everything for my life, and words cannot express my gratitude. The foundation of all that I am is built on Jesus Christ, and he is the rock of my salvation. Through Christ, You have built me up, employed me for Your Kingdom, and You are transforming me into the man that You want me to be. Help me to remain humble and pliable to Your Will, and to abandon my agenda for Your agenda.
Nothing happens randomly in the lives of Your sons and daughters, because Your Word declares that our steps are ordered by You. This means that You oversee every detail of my existence. In Jeremiah 29:11, You make it known that You have a good plan for my life. Ephesians 1:11 says that You knew me even before You founded the world. You know the plans You have for me. Please unveil them as I walk with You through Jesus Christ.
I desire to please You with my whole life. Your Word shows me how much family means to You. Family is the bedrock that You have ordained to bless us and to continue the legacy of Your love in the earth. I desire to have a family, and I thank You for giving me a loyal wife that will help me to raise children that will honor You and Your Word. Please help me to walk in Your plan for my prosperity and promotion, so that I am the provider and protector You have called me to be.
Please open my eyes to see what You would have me to see, and please open my ears to hear what You want me to hear, so that I grow in the ability to recognize Your voice and walk by revelation knowledge from Your Holy Spirit. Please let me be wise about plots of the enemy so that I can steer clear of them and keep my family safe from outside attacks. Thank You for helping my wife and me to preserve the unity and sanctity of our marriage, so that our union is bound together in Christ and presents a strong cord that cannot be broken.
Even before they are born, I dedicate my children to You, and ask that You bless them all the days of their lives with health, prosperity, and wholeness in Christ. Thank You for a blessed and happy wife and family. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.
